We want you to love every handmade piece. Here's how returns and refunds work.

1. Return window
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
2. Eligible items
- Standard handmade products in original, unused condition
- Items with manufacturing defects or damage in transit
- Incorrect items shipped by the seller
3. Non-returnable items
- Personalized or custom-made products (names, monograms, custom messages)
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items once opened
- Made-to-order pieces unless defective or not as described
4. How to initiate a return
Log in to your account, go to Orders, and select "Request return" on eligible orders. Alternatively, email hello@itsgivin.in with your order ID within 7 days of delivery.
5. Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges on returns may apply for change-of-mind returns; defective or wrong items qualify for free return shipping.
6. Marketplace note
Because ItsGivin is a multi-vendor marketplace, returns are coordinated between you, our support team, and the artisan seller. We mediate disputes fairly and in line with this policy.
